We use the Callebaut NXT Dairy-Free DFD - 55 Dark Callets.
The fillings can be a mix of the folowing flavors: Cookie Cream (Crispy filling with pieces of Biscoff cookies), Creamy Hazelnut Butter (Butter filling with Hazelnut paste), Honey Ganache (Dark chocolate ganache with a taste of honey), Peanut butter (Sweet peanut butter cream), Strawberry Ganache (Dark chocolate ganache with taste of Strawberry), Raspberry Ganache (Dark chocolate ganache with taste of Raspberry).
